    @mevel The updated version for the TV is 2.0.11, and for phones, it is 2.0.9. There is no 1.6 version available. If you encounter any issues with the service, please contact live chat support and explain the exact problem. The agents will provide you with a solution.

Navigation buttons on the remote for the most popular platform for your app are non-functioning (even though they used to on the older app) and you feel there's nothing that needs to be fixed??? More to try to explain to all the 15 or so people I've sold on your service.

    @Raejck Yes, I understand. As you mentioned, the updating process can be easily done. I’m glad to hear that it was working for her as it was. I believe the MoaTV app doesn’t have a shutdown feature, so perhaps she could let it play and not turn it off? If necessary, she could turn down the volume. An always-on approach would be ideal. She’s fortunate to be living life and having someone who cares for her like you. I hope things work out for both of you.

    I found why the chat widget is blocked. It is called Tidio I think. Ad Blocker uBlockOrigin was blocking some of the resources needed by the widget. To find out that the widget was blocked, I had to run "Developer Tools" in Edge, basically a debugger. Couldn't find a way to unblock. Adding channelmoa to the whitelist didn't help. A workaround is to bring up channelmoa in a private window because the ad blocker does not run there unless you specifically allow that.

Losing your Favorites and viewing progress after investing so much time setting things up — not just for yourself, but for others as well — is definitely not the experience we want for our users. We hear you. Your suggestion around making user configuration portable and restorable (including Favorites and watch history) is extremely valuable. The idea of syncing this data across devices tied to an account is also something we agree would significantly improve the overall experience. We’ve shared this feedback with our development team, as it aligns closely with ongoing efforts to improve data persistence and cross-device continuity. While we don’t have specific timelines to share just yet, this is absolutely the kind of enhancement we’re looking into.     That’s backward thinking. How can you compare a PC or an automobile to a WiFi dongle. I’m sure they’ll figure out a way to optimize their content to placate Firestick owners. But if you check any IPTV forums they’re recommending viewers to upgrade to devices with better specs. Go to Walmart (dot) com and see if you can buy a on 4K Pro. They’re sold out.
