    I'm really sorry. We recently started pulling channel information and listings through the new API, and it looks like there may have been a bug in the process. I've already reported it, and we'll review it again. In addition to this, we've also discovered a few issues with the France League data. Anyway, thank you for sharing this with us and bringing it to our attention. We truly appreciate your help.

    @jwaszewski1960 Unfortunately, the favourites category for live channels will be inside the MY LIVE section, and for Movies and Series, you will see the favourites at the top of both sections, along with history.

    @Tuppersoprano, have you contacted our Live Chat Support and followed the troubleshooting? Also, there is always the option of using the old version app (CatchON) if you face consistent loading issues every day. Just have to uninstall the new version of the MoaTV app and then install the old version of the CatchON TV app.

    @rebretz000 There is no issue with the service at the moment. If you are experiencing buffering issues, please follow these basic troubleshooting steps: If you are using a VPN, please turn it off. Unplug your TV/Android Box and router from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug them back in and try again. These steps should help resolve the issue.

    @jack-thripper @rrich911 Adjusting your channel package is quick and simple. Go to Settings > Channel Packages, then select the category you wish to remove and click Submit. Note: Once a category is selected, it will turn "grey", indicating that it has been removed from your package.
