New app acting up? The Channel Moa Enterprise revamp has a lot of potential, but it’s still a bit rough around the edges. If you’re experiencing lag or crashes, here is a quick guide to getting it running smoothly while we wait for official updates.
• Clean Install is Key: Uninstall the old app → Reboot your device → Install the revamped version fresh to avoid legacy bugs.
• Update to v2.0.11: Use the downloader code from the official website. This version specifically addresses the crashing issues.
• Trim Channel Packages: Go to settings and unselect any packages you don’t need. This reduces the data load and makes the app significantly faster.
• Avoid EPG Stutter: The app pulls guide data as you browse. Wait a moment for the data to populate before scrolling for a much smoother experience.
• Periodic Maintenance: Go to your device settings to Force Stop and Clear Cache of the app regularly to maintain peak performance.
• Enable Adult Mode: Hover over Settings → Hold Select for 3 - 5 seconds → Release → Enter code 6969
• Quarter Screen Workaround: If your stream gets stuck in the top right corner after pressing back, simply press back one more time to return it to full screen.

When I go to Settings>Channels I only have - Select All - Deselect All - Submit. -

When I go to Settings>Channels I only have - Select All - Deselect All - Submit.@Jack-Thripper I deselect all and then just click on the ones you want and they will become highlighted. When your done just select submit and then back out of the page.

Adjusting your channel package is quick and simple.
Go to Settings > Channel Packages, then select the category you wish to remove and click Submit.Note: Once a category is selected, it will turn "grey", indicating that it has been removed from your package.
