A Firestick isn’t as powerful as a FireTV Cube I’ve found. I was using only Firesticks before and when I upgraded to the cubes my performance was better.
Which things aren’t working for you today? Which version of MoaTV are you on? 2.0.9 or 2.0.11?

4/4/26 app not working -
4/4/26 app not working@billysellas I think we have the same setup except I use the latest Firecube and maybe the extra specs help my connection? I’m not having any LiveTv issues. Are you still having live not working?

App keeps freezingAnother viewer did the same thing as I did and it helped them as well.

App keeps freezingI uninstalled my VPN’s on each device and reinstalled them when MoaTV came out. Every time I’m going to watch anything I clear the cache of all applications on my devices and then restart the devices and that seems to have helped with buffering.

4/4/26 app not working@billysellas have you tried using the live chat?

App keeps freezing@Tuppersoprano which device are you using for playback?

Closed Caption Availability@abriggi I think CC is dependent on the source that’s provided and from experience it’s hit and miss. I think I saw they might add it in the future but it’s to be determined.

4kI’m available to help any way possible. Just DM me if needed.

4kChange doesn’t always go smoothly, and patience is essential during this transition. It takes time to learn new methods and make adjustments to the existing system. As long as the development team is actively listening and making timely improvements, we should consider these factors when evaluating the new approach and promised enhancements.

About USA Majorleagues Plugin@nyle3019 If there’s a team’s live feed on a MyLive sports channel, can that channel be added to the PPV section or the MLB plugin?
-
UI too confusingI understand how the new MoaTV app UI and how it loads can be a challenge to those that aren’t tech savvy and used to the simplicity of turning on a cable box, have the guide come up or also having it setup with the last channel comes up first and then going to a guide to select a different channel.
A suggestion to the MoaTV developers:
Instead of having the startup screen be the Home Screen automatically, the one currently launching: MOVIES, SERIES, etc., and having to click the back button to get to the the MyLive option in the top left corner, have the MyLive as the main thing that comes up first like a cable box and if you want to view the Home screen options just click the back button twice like it’s set up now.For those that are trying to show older less tech savvy people how to use the MyLive option:
- After startup and the Home screen has loaded, hit the back button once to get to the MyLive option in the top left corner.
- Use the ring up action on the remote to get to the MyLive option.
- Click the MyLive option to open the live channel that was last playing on the tv.
- To get to the guide for other channels: click the (select or ok) center button on the remote to bring up the guide. (A smaller version of the live view will be seen on the right).
- The guide will have the current live channel highlighted that’s being viewed.
- To get to the top of the guide, click the left part of the ring on the remote which highlights a top option in the guide.
- Now the viewer can scroll left or right to highlight a certain category (All, History, Favorites, etc.) and see the corresponding channels below that category.
- To set up favorites, select the ones that are watched the most first by either using: The search function for a channel or going to a category, scroll down to the desired channel that’s highlighted, push the right side of the ring to highlight the favorite (a heart symbol) option and click on it. The favorite selection (a heart in the highlighted channel) will show as selected and you’re done with that channel. (To remove that favorite selection just click the center button to remove it).
- Once the favorites (favorite channels) are set up all the viewer has to do after opening the MyLive option to view live tv is to:
A. click the center button on the remote to bring up the guide.
B. Click the left part of the remote ring to get to the top category options.
C. Scroll to highlight the favorites using the ring on the remote (left at the moment).
D. Scroll down to the desired channel that the viewer wishes to watch and click the center button to view that channel.

About USA Majorleagues PluginHow long will it usually take to have the team feed added when contacting live chat if it’s not live?
I’ve been on this IPTV for quite awhile and the team I follow usually has their feeds available to watch. -
About USA Majorleagues Plugin@adm-cooper I forgot to mention that I was in the PPV & SPT EVENT section when this was happening. In fact I just checked and there’s two games on right now and only one of the two team feeds in two different games worked, the other team feed didn’t work in both games.

System Requirements@Arthur That’s what I thought, but it says that iOS is supported in the system requirements post prior to ours.

System RequirementsIt runs on iOS?

About USA Majorleagues PluginUnderstood and the main purpose is to let you know. Where are we to report missing games, streams from certain areas? I did that through chat two nights ago and was told that the specific stream from a different area (i.e. one away teams stream vs the home teams stream) would be added, but it never was that night or the next day.

About USA Majorleagues PluginIt hasn't worked for me at all this week. Had to go to PPV & SPT EVENT for MLB.

My LiveI like that the last MyLive comes up first. If I want to see the list all I have to do is click the center button on the remote and it will come up. Then if I want to go to the top to the categories all I have to do is click left on the remote. My favorites and history are working on the 2.0.11 Version.
