The 2.0.9 MoaTv update messed up my app forever.

When i install 2.0.11 the same problems occur. Favorites do not work, scrolling through MyLive crashes my app, i cant even search up channels. So i resorted back to CatchOn 1.6.2 and the MyLive and favorites work but the movies and tv channels dont work.

Does anyone have the code for the first MoaTv app? It was before 2.0.9 but it still had the MoaTv interface.

Is there any way, if even possible, that we could ever get a “pause” option for live tv?

It looks like MoaTV just pushed an update to version 2.0.12. Haven't noticed any major UI changes or new features on my end yet, so it may just be an under-the-hood update. Has anyone else updated yet? Spotted any improvements, performance boosts, or resolved bugs?

When selecting a movie the Trailer doesn’t play anymore. Is it down?

After watching a show or movie then going to another it will not play until I back out of app and clear cache and force stop and start to make show or movie play. Any idea on how to correct this

I see a plugin was added for World Cup on new app. Will World Cup be added to old app?

Once again my crap is not working! Literally have 4 bubbles that are going back and forth. Why release a new app if it doesn’t work properly. I have barely been able to use this!

You all always ask us, when your app messes up, what we use. Please clarify which is best

I spoke with “ Aaron Murphy” yesterday via live chat. He said the Amazon Firestick 4k max is the best device to use. (I have a screen shot if you need to see). Others have said it’s not powerful enough. So what is it

Do we use onn 4k plus box, amazon fire cube, Firestick 4k max, chrome cast, Apple TV, Roku?

I don’t know if they are all can be jailbroken or not, i just want a clear answer from the staff.

99.9% of the time it’s your app that’s the problem. I’m tired of hearing the same bullshit script. “ force quit, clear cache, reset device, uninstall and reinstall”.

For all the new customers I thought I'd drop just a few lines of personal experiences with all of you hoping it will, in general, ease the mind a bit.
I used 3 similar svc's before finding Channel Moa (it was a different name then) & this is by far the very best svc available today. Not only is their svc "uptime" exceptional but their customer svc is exceptional as well. Whenever we, as a consumer, purchase something "brand new" that we've never tried before or, tried and had a less than satisfactory experience we have a tendency to start judging things right away before we even know how things work or understand how things work right away. I can say this with absolute certainty because I too was this way, at first. I've been with Channel Moa for over 26 months now & I've learned that this svc isn't in it to make a "fast buck" on all of this and then split. No way, this svc is here to stay & all it takes is a little time and personal experience with it like everything else in life that is worth doing or having. It's a great svc, hands down & their "vision, they're looking ahead to the future assures me that they will be with us for a very long time, out performing & outlasting all others. So the next time something is a little "bufferin" or not quite right, give them a chat, they'll respond right away & always have a fix, no matter how confused we can get at times ( due to lack of understanding) they will always, with patience & grace walk us through it and get everything up & working once again. All I'm saying is, have a little patience & a little "Faith" in something, I know it can be hard especially the world we are living in now where it can seem like everything is upside down or we are in an episode of the "Twilight Zone" where it seems like everyone has an angle to separate us from our money for something less than, this svc is not that. It will save you a ton of money & deliver to you, the very best this type of svc has to offer now & in the future! So everyone, Enjoy & be happy that you are here because this is the place to be!
