    I understand wanting to update and keep the app fresh, but it’s terrible. Us customers, who pay for this are the ones suffering. Takes forever to load. Kicks you out of the app non stop.

      This new update is definitely not it. Don't like that the replay speed adjuster has been taken away as well. Doesn't matter because I can't play anything anyway

        @Jburge25 the whole thing is garbage. The old app was amazing because of the simplicity of it. Finally an iptv service that with a simple EPG. All this is trying to hard and failing, miserably

            My movie section is gone and I can't get live tv under the home tab. It just seems to load a lot of sports stuff

              @rrich911, this is where the LIVE section is, and if the Movies section is blank, then you need to use a VPN with the Chicago, Washington DC, Los Angeles server.

                OK, I'll give it a try. For a lot of people (especially old people) that are not tech savvy like you it is a very long and daunting task to have to buy and install vpn's and do hours of work trying to get everything to run right. The reason I went with CatchOn is the simplicity of the menu system.

                    I agree with all of these. This update is terrible. Harder to navigate. I used to let my elderly grandmother use the service. Now she won’t have any clue what to do. What a tradgedy. PLEASE go back to the old layout.

                      @ssantanello1 it needs little brainwork to be familiar with new user interface, once get used to it this will feel like the old interface too. Still if you want to use old interface, please contact Live Chat Support.

                        @Arthur I hate to disagree with you but this update is bad all around. It now takes 10x as long for the app to load upon opening. Because it’s trying to load 100 different processes and complicated ui elements. My life is significantly harder to navigate. It has deleted all favorites. Catch on was flawless before.
