I understand wanting to update and keep the app fresh, but it’s terrible. Us customers, who pay for this are the ones suffering. Takes forever to load. Kicks you out of the app non stop.

It now takes 10x as long for the app to load upon opening. Because it’s trying to load 100 different processes and complicated ui elements. My life is significantly harder to navigate. It has deleted all favorites. Catch on was flawless before.

For a lot of people (especially old people) that are not tech savvy like you it is a very long and daunting task to have to buy and install vpn's and do hours of work trying to get everything to run right. The reason I went with CatchOn is the simplicity of the menu system.
