    I have been on the chat all day and keep getting the run around. I’m having issues that the update is suppose to fix. The issue is the update isn’t taking. I click update and it closes the app and I open it back up and asking again for update. I’ve had to install a vpn, switch multiple locations, clear settings and caches, even delete and reinstall app per support. None of these have resolved the issue. This is happening on 3 TVs and refuse to update the new look at fee on my other TVs because I loose my favorites and saved shows. This is very frustrating

        I've been going through the same process, very frustrating. So far I've "kind of" got it to work on two tv's but still can't get live tv on the "Home" tab.

          new app version 2.0.9 or 2.0.11 have Live section Home page

            same prob except mine did the update but I still have limited access.. I can not watch any shows/series.. I search for shows and nothing comes up just a blank screen.. when I go to series even international series. It just a load screen like like a computer frozen .

                    I’m having the exact same issue with upgrade. Been avoiding it but tried on 1 TV updated to 2.0.9 when open I cancelled upgrade to 2.0.11 but live tv crashes after selecting a channel and other issues with watching series. Tried updating and it downloads and then app closes and when open prompt for update again. Tried with and without VPN tried VPN connection to cities mentioned still nothing working. Tried reinstalling same issues are back. Anyway to revert back to stable version before 2.0??

                        I am having the same issue. I uninstalled because nothing was loading, reinstalled and now it is not updating to 2.0.9

                        Currently waiting for a response from support

                            Mine will not update on the devices that are messed up. The TVs that were working fine updated. Starting to really consider switching me and everybody I deal with to something else. I’m getting tired of everybody calling and texting me like I am tech support. Every time I try to update the app is says Download Fail.

                              I am also having troubles downloading the update. Everything is slow and crashing on me. This is absolutely ridiculous!

                                        App crashes now all of a sudden and won’t let me download the update. I’m sure it’s not all of our issue and an issue with the app. I’m not gonna contact support cause I’ll just get told the same thing download this download that check you internet speed when it’s literally not on our end when everything was fine originally

                                          @abbatien @jburge25 @gwdsc @aydee @nikkie1017-0 If the update for 2.0.11 doesn't complete even after a couple of attempts, just keep using whatever version you are using right now. You will be able to install the 2.0.11 version directly without update in a couple of days.
