I have been on the chat all day and keep getting the run around. I’m having issues that the update is suppose to fix. The issue is the update isn’t taking. I click update and it closes the app and I open it back up and asking again for update. I’ve had to install a vpn, switch multiple locations, clear settings and caches, even delete and reinstall app per support. None of these have resolved the issue. This is happening on 3 TVs and refuse to update the new look at fee on my other TVs because I loose my favorites and saved shows. This is very frustrating

MOA knowing there is an issue with the update should send a new update or remove the bad one and take it back a few steps to when everything worked, or until you can get the update fixed.
