Only way I found it to work is either shut off the VPN or you have to shut off the clean web blocker. I have a blocker shut off and it all came back.

Per the norm, having issues with the new update.

@Arthur other iptv services like Apollo actually allow you to stop, play and all that. Just like Xfinity

@mevel Yes, this has been reported already and will be fixed in a couple of days.

@Tuppersoprano, have you contacted our Live Chat Support and followed the troubleshooting? Also, there is always the option of using the old version app (CatchON) if you face consistent loading issues every day. Just have to uninstall the new version of the MoaTV app and then install the old version of the CatchON TV app.

@4fclub All the new features are available for the New App only. But on the old App, there will always be the Soccer Category inside the PPV & SPT Event section as usual.

@danialzy8612 Which channel are you facing this problem with? Please contact our Live Chat Support and provide the channel name and category.

@aclaimsman We don't have plans for Aussie channels yet; we already have a couple of channels, like Fox Cricket.

@Vincysurfer Exit the MoaTV app properly(by pressing return/back button 3-4 times) before shut off your TV, this should help.

I'm really sorry. We recently started pulling channel information and listings through the new API, and it looks like there may have been a bug in the process. I've already reported it, and we'll review it again. In addition to this, we've also discovered a few issues with the France League data. @icefrak1 lol.thats funny. I’ve been with them a very long time. I agree that they are the best I’ve used. As paying customers, we have every right to complain. If we are being really honesty. They can get shut down at any time for even operating.
