@scottTiger great. Now how about fixing all ppv from either being down or buffering. Also fix the app from kicking us out. And possibly stop the app from kicking us out. Also, maybe stop telling us to force quit, clear cache then launch. And restart our Firestick. And uninstall and reinstall. I have this weird idea, fix this app. The old one was fine.

Again, all premium channels are down. CNN. Most entertainment channels. Tons of other live channels down

@Arthur I spoke with Aaron yesterday. He said the Firestick 4k max is the best to use with the current version. Please do not try to imply something else. The live chat discussion happened yesterday. I have the screen shots and time stamps. I keep my receipts.

So again, my question is simple. If it’s not the Firestick 4k max like he told me, fine, I can get something else

You all always ask us, when your app messes up, what we use. Please clarify which is best

I spoke with “ Aaron Murphy” yesterday via live chat. He said the Amazon Firestick 4k max is the best device to use. (I have a screen shot if you need to see). Others have said it’s not powerful enough. So what is it

Do we use onn 4k plus box, amazon fire cube, Firestick 4k max, chrome cast, Apple TV, Roku?

I don’t know if they are all can be jailbroken or not, i just want a clear answer from the staff.

99.9% of the time it’s your app that’s the problem. I’m tired of hearing the same bullshit script. “ force quit, clear cache, reset device, uninstall and reinstall”.

@Dalton-0 I’ve had problems every day. Buffering galore the last few days. You talk to customer support, they copy and paste their bullshit “trouble shooting” script and then blame you.

@CaboGuy 100% spot on. They give the same bullshit speech that Comcast does. Reality is this, their new app sucks and wasn’t tested properly.

@Hawk there are issues literally every day. It’s not my setup. You can use a Firestick and it will be more then enough. It’s MOA. Even today, it’s been buffering and not even loading
