When are we getting the 4K service that your website advertises? It doesn’t say “coming soon”, it says you have it.

Proper series from streaming servicesWhy do you not have a section for Netflix, paramount+, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, hbo max and all other premium services. There is so much we are missing out on. Paramount+ - missing the entire ufc catalog. Catalogs for all of those services. Apple+. You have some of the series in your series section, but not all. Navigating the series section would be so much easier if you placed the series and full catalog under the proper channel, instead of just a million series next to each other.

4/2/26 APP working like trash@Nyle3019 it is not my job to tell you every channel that is down, every time it is down. You provide the service. You fix it. No where on your website does it say that customers have to tell the provider that their product is acting like trash.

Terrible roll out@Jburge25 the whole thing is garbage. The old app was amazing because of the simplicity of it. Finally an iptv service that with a simple EPG. All this is trying to hard and failing, miserably
