Also, there is always the option of using the old version app (CatchON) if you face consistent loading issues every day. Just have to uninstall the new version of the MoaTV app and then install the old version of the CatchON TV app.

World Cup on old app@4fclub All the new features are available for the New App only. But on the old App, there will always be the Soccer Category inside the PPV & SPT Event section as usual.

Having to restart App@sunshinega78 It looks like your device isn't able to process the new version of the App properly.
We are not denying it, yes, a very few customers are facing this issue of taking a little longer, 45-50 seconds, for playing the next content.
If you are facing this problem consistently every day. You can get back to the old version app CatchON TV, which will work perfectly for your device. -

Australian Channels@aclaimsman We don't have plans for Aussie channels yet; we already have a couple of channels, like Fox Cricket.

Regarding your report, if the issue originated from our end during the PPV, we would typically expect a significant increase in traffic; however, no one else reported any problems throughout the event. I sincerely apologize for the situation you encountered.
To be candid, there are times when issues can arise on our end, but we addressed them promptly. There’s no shame in acknowledging a mistake if it happens. I reviewed the conversation last night between you and Hector, and I noticed that some information was lacking from Hector's side. I apologize for that oversight.
For major PPV events, we implement several backup streams to ensure smooth streaming. Some of these streams operate in FHD quality, which may cause issues during peak times due to ISP throttling. That’s why we also provide HD backup sources. I hope this clarifies the situation.

SUBTITLES IN EVERY MOVIE PLEASE@alexander We don’t currently have subtitles for all content—some content has it, and some don’t yet. We’re trying to include subtitles on all new content, and if they’re not available right away, they’ll be added as soon as possible.
For older content without subtitles, it may take some time as our VOD library is quite large. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

As for now, if the problem persists even after doing all trouble shoot, then you need to use the old version app.
