That specific message — “This channel is down at the moment” — is almost always coming from the provider side, not your app or device.What this means:
The app (MOA) is working fine
But the stream source for that channel (Motortrend) is currently unavailable.This can happen due to:
Channel server being offline
Stream link expired or being updated.
Temporary provider outage
From similar IPTV cases, when only specific channels show this error while others work,
