and I keep getting a blue screen that says:
This channel is down at the moment please contact support
Is this MOA or is this the channel provider ?

Hi there,
That specific message — “This channel is down at the moment” — is almost always coming from the provider side, not your app or device.

What this means:
The app (MOA) is working fine
But the stream source for that channel (Motortrend) is currently unavailable.

This can happen due to:
Channel server being offline
Stream link expired or being updated.
Temporary provider outage
From similar IPTV cases, when only specific channels show this error while others work,
It’s almost always a provider/stream issue, not something on your end.
