      I got this tonight after watching it all day with no problems. There is nothing wrong with my network either as I can access Netflix or Paramount+.
      I also do not like the new app, not really sure what they were thinking. I understand the name change, but leave everything the way it was.

        Some users are currently experiencing an issue where the app does not move past the loading screen due to a server-side problem.

        Our technical team has identified the issue and is currently working on recovery.

        Because this issue is caused by a server-side problem, general troubleshooting steps such as restarting the device or clearing the cache may not resolve it.

        We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
        We are treating this as a priority and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

                  Working now. Be nice if we could all get some days added to our subscription for all of this outage and troubleshooting we’ve had to go through.

                      Hello!

                      If your app is timing out or going to sleep after enabling a VPN, it’s usually related to how the VPN connection interacts with your device or the app. Here are a few things you can try:

                      • Disable battery optimization for the app and your VPN
                      Go to your device settings → Apps → select both the app and your VPN → Battery → set to Unrestricted

                      • Check your VPN settings
                      Try switching servers (some are slower or less stable), and if your VPN has options like auto-sleep, kill switch, or low power mode, try turning those off

                      • Keep the app active in the background
                      Make sure your device isn’t closing it automatically—remove it from any “sleeping apps” list if your device has one

                      • Test without VPN
                      Temporarily turn off the VPN and see if the issue stops—this helps confirm if the VPN is the cause

                      • Restart everything
                      Fully close the app, disconnect/reconnect the VPN, and restart your device

                      If the issue continues, let us know which device and VPN you’re using so we can narrow it down further.

                        I have turned the VPN off and the app times out after 2 hours. I was recommended windscribe vpn by the catching help desk. The app times out every 30 min on the vpn. I have done all your recommended things in the post and the app times out with or without the vpn.

                          @tylerdurden Chat Support Team suggests Windscribe VPN as it doesn't need Payment first (it gives a limited-time free trial). But the service works fine without VPN, too.

                            “MY” service is timing out with or without the windscribe VPN. I would not be wasting time in this chat if I didn’t have an issue.
