All saved programming from Movies & Series is gone!

Since updating to the latest version, 2.0.11, we no longer have any of our saved favorites or history in movies or series. All of our progress is gone. We have no way of knowing which episode/season we were on 🤬! This is beyond painful. Why didn't you warn us that we would lose everything? Not cool. Very poor roll-out and not happy.

@abriggi We apologize for the inconvenience. And yes, after updating the app, your favorites will be removed. Kindly re-add your preferred channels, movies, and series.

@Arthur We have done many updates in the past and this didn't happen. Why did this update cause this?

Updating from the 2.0.9 version to 2.0.11 should keep your favourites

Since the update my live tv works but none of the series work. When I click on Series all I get is the spinning dots

@chuchmuch The developer team is already investigating this problem and will fix it soon.

In the meantime, you can try these steps:

1. Properly reboot the app (clear the cache file of the MoatV app & force stop it + restart device)
2. Try using a different internet connection (different Wi-Fi or Mobile Internet)
   Restart the Wi-Fi router.
3. Re-install the app.
   If these steps don't resolve it, please use a VPN with a Chicago, Washington DC, or Los Angeles server.
   Note: ExpressVPN will not work with the latest app version.
