All of our progress is gone. We have no way of knowing which episode/season we were on 🤬! This is beyond painful. Why didn't you warn us that we would lose everything? Not cool. Very poor roll-out and not happy.</p>

<p dir="auto">In the meantime, you can try  these steps:</p>
<ol>
<li>Properly reboot the app (clear the cache file of the MoatV app &amp; force stop it + restart device)</li>
<li>Try using a different internet connection (different Wi-Fi or Mobile Internet)<br />
Restart the Wi-Fi router.</li>
<li>Re-install the app.<br />
If these steps don't resolve it, please use a VPN with a Chicago, Washington DC, or Los Angeles server.<br />
Note: ExpressVPN will not work with the latest app version.</li>
