Movie or series tabs not working

Used CATCH ON for the past 4 yrs or more with minimal problems, would have said a solid 8 out of 10. However for the past few months since I renewed having to go crypto, and the change over to MOA, this has been a steady decline to the point now with this most recent disaster version 2.0.9, requiring a VPN, this is practically unusable. Even when a live channel finally loads, video freezes after a few minutes. This has become the IPTV version of the Budweiser debacle.

@lynnrod11 All good VPN services are always paid; they are not free. However, the Developer team is already working on this Movie Series issue, and if you want to use the old app version, please contact Live Chat Support.

@Arthur yes I do understand any desired service does cost however for the past 5 plus years of using and enjoying CatchOn a VPN add on was not necessary to use this service. That was why I chose it. However since the recent "upgrades" started such as only paying with crypto and changing to MOA, service has declined being more of a "restart and continuously buffering" IPTV service. Now with these 2 recent version updates a VPN is required. As I understand it a VPN masks IP info, does not improve as in this case service. I don't need to mask to use this service, why does the provider?

The BOT Aaron Murphy referred me to use Proton VPN for free, although I can get on and most options show up, there is a tremendous amount of buffering, to the point I must restart and even then is very bad service.
@Lynnrod11 yeah the proton vpn was terrible for me also I have around 300-400 download speeds but with proton it goes all the way down to 10 lol

We understand that many of you are frustrated, especially those who were able to use Movies and Series normally on earlier versions such as v2.0.4, but are now experiencing endless loading or needing a VPN after updating to newer versions.
At this time, the issue appears to affect only certain users or regions, but we are also reviewing reports that suggest there may be a version-related difference between older builds and newer versions such as v2.0.9 and v2.0.11. The exact root cause is still under investigation.
For now, please note that using a VPN is only a temporary workaround and not a permanent solution. If you are significantly affected, please contact Live Chat Support for help reinstalling the previous stable version (v2.0.4).

b. The back/return button doesn't work if you open it mistakenly. - Movies, Series, Sports Events do not show titles(names/season episode)
- Sereis does not show the season and episode number correctly.
- MY Live navigation is very glitchy.
So I will not recommend installing the 2.0.4 version. Moreover, the chat support team doesn't have a URL for version 2.0.4.

@Arthur I've tried to use, and been VERY FRUSTRATED WITH 2.0.4, 2.0.9 and 2.0.11. They're ALL unstable, glitch, constant buffering and various pieces not working. I've been on CatchOnTV for 2 years, just renewed for 2 more and am regretting that at this point! The CatchOnTV service with app versions up to 1.6.3 were very good. The MOA TV switchover with app 2.x has been (and still is) an unmitigated disaster! I've recommended this to about 15 other friends, helped many of them install it and made the bitcoin payment for them. They're pretty much ALL calling me highly frustrated at this point. I absolutely can't recommend this crappy MOA TV app & service to anyone at this time. Not sure how you managed to screw up a good, stable service this bad, but you did it!
