      If you have a VPN, please enable it and connect to a server located in Washington, D.C., or Chicago. Afterward, kindly check the Movies and Series sections.

        I had to turn off ExpressVPN or I couldn’t connect to moa. Series tab and movie tab not working. ExpressVPN not working.

          @wiley77 ExpressVPN will not work with the latest app version.You can try NordVPN or Surfshark.

            @Arthur I get that I can purchase another vpn, that doesn’t fix the root issue with the moa app

                @Arthur the series tab or movie tab isn’t working. Just stuck on the loading screen.

                  If your app no longer works with ExpressVPN then it’s not working fine.

                          @Arthur 5 hours later and movie or series tabs still not working. Not sure where that screen shot is from but that’s not my tv.

                            Yeah its pretty nonsense ive never had to use a vpn before with this service and now im expected to pay them for the service on top of also purchasing a vpn as that seems to be the only way itll load anything for me.

                              @ballin9412 ChannlMoa Team doesn't sell VPN service, they don't have any connections with VPN apps.

                                  I've got Fire tvs. One is still on v1.6.3. another is on 2.0.4. Series and Movies work for both of those without needing to use a VPN. I have another Firetv that was updated to 2.0.9 and then to 2.0.11. Movies and series only work with a VPN on those versions. So while the VPN gets it functional, there was most definitely something that got broken after 2.0.4 and a lot of customers are gonna wind up being disgruntled

                                      @Arthur I followed the chat bot instructions and downloaded the windscribe VPN, 2 gb later it is saying purchase.
