I decided to give betmoa a shot. I really like the tv package and thought the service was great.
I received the free $50 token and started betting. Made some winnings but then am told no withdrawals of tokens is available during the beta phase.
When will the beta phase be complete??
I was told deposited money can be withdrawn. So I made a $100 deposit. Used that deposit and got it up to $700. I requested a withdrawal of my original $100. After a bunch of messaging with different agents they told me that it was being processed. After 2 days I finally received the $100.
I didn’t think it would take that long but oh well I got it back. I then said I want to withdraw the remaining $600 winnings. I had to go through the whole thing again, them telling me that tokens can not be withdrawn, and me saying it’s not tokens it’s winnings from my deposit. Then they told me that to withdraw winnings it has to be 5x your deposit. Which i told them it was. They finally said okay we see that it’s eligible, but then they said and I quote “we’re currently in beta phase, and withdrawals are still subject to a final review and system processing. At this time, we can’t provide an exact processing date or timeframe as we’re still preparing and optimizing the system, we will update you as soon as your withdrawal is ready to be processed”. I then quoted the terms and conditions stating winnings made from deposits may be eligible for withdrawal at any time.
They then said “We apologize for the confusion. As we are still in beta phasing, our deposit system is not fully ready. Unfortunately, one of our agents mistakenly accepted your deposit due to this ongoing setup”.
So luckily I received my $100 back, but I’d caution anyone who is depositing money.

@scottnoble92 same Happened to me got the $50 credit turned it to $600 and now they won’t let me withdraw my winning tells me every time it’s in beta this was over a month ago and still over $600 just sitting in my account I can’t use
