      @Rerler Reboot your Wifi router and then check again, it's a connection problem.

        Does this on each device now. Just changing vpn location fixed it.

          I'm getting the failed to load app data, check your internet connection error on all three tv's in my home at the same time this afternoon. I rebooted the modem, cleared all cache many times and nothing was worked. I do have one of the new boxes that you sell with it pre installed and it works fine on that box. my other boxes are Nvidia shield, fire stick and the fire box are not working with moatv, but they work great with Netflix, youtube, amazon tv. I ran the speed test and am getting 391.01 Mbps dowload speeds

            @rrich911 Yes, there were some technical problems on our end, which have already been resolved. Please clear the cache file of the app and then check.

              cleared cache and restarted firestick still won't load your app

                            It's working on the fire tv's but the new version still won't work on the Nvidia shield.

                                I reinstalled it a couple of times and with a clean install, rebooted everything and it still doesn't work. I went back to the old version but with some channels I have to clear the cache when I change the channel or it just buffers.
