    Device Type: Firestick App Version: Latest version Issue Description: Most of the time there is a lag when loading series or live events. There are 4 dots scrolling across the screen constantly. This happens mostly during the daytime, so I believe it is a server issue on their end. Several other times I get the play icon with a slash across. Ever since it changed to MOA app, this has been a constant battle on the firestick. Steps Already Tried: I have force stopped the app, cleared the cache, restarted firestick, and reinstalled the app. Crazy how this keeps lagging out but other services all work fine. I was even told to reboot my router a couple of times, like that is going to fix an issue with the app? That makes no sense to me because there were no issues with the internet services. Screenshots or Logs (if available): Additional Notes: I have 500 Mbps Up/Down fiber, AC-5300 Gaming router with WIFI mesh in an 1800 sq ft house. Anyone else getting these issues on a daily with the firestick app?

    @arthur Thank You ! I am really disappointed with Amazon, the offer was for a new Fire Stick 4K Max and what I received was a Fire Stick 4K Plus, I am still trying to decide whether to return it or not

    hi @billysellas We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We understand that the 4K stream may not have looked or sounded noticeably different on your side. From our own testing, we were able to confirm that there are differences in both picture and audio quality compared to the regular stream. However, the 4K stream can be less stable than the regular streams depending on the device, connection route, or viewing environment. If you experience buffering or poor performance, we recommend using the regular World Cup category or the streams under PPV & SPT Event > Soccer category, where different stream options are available. We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.

    @billysellas I’m not sure. I’ve been using the latest version on 4 different devices and they’ve been working fine, so there’s no need for me to go back to the older versions now. (Sorry for the delay on the response. New job which has been taking a lot of my time). Try and download 1.6.2 and see if that works. I think I read that eventually they’d no longer support the older versions, but I could be mistaken.

    @coolbean World Cup section has different Groups like the FIFA group stage fixture. So you will have to scroll a little to find your desired team match for watching. Moreover, we have all kinds of games in the PPV & SPT Event section> Soccer, DAZ, and Paramount+ categories

    This plug in action is terrible. Shows no movies. Just blank, generic screen shots saying the same exact thing. The entire “replay sports” and “24/7” sections are worthless
