After opening MY LIVE section, wait 5-10 seconds for the first channel, then:

1. Press the remote's "OK/Select" button to show the channel list.
2. Press the remote's "Left Navigation" button to access the Category list.
3. Scroll left to "Favourites." Scroll down to your desired channel and press "OK/Select" twice.

***To watch another favourite channel from the Favourites Category, press "OK/Select" and scroll Up-Down.

You can try the following troubleshooting steps:

• If you are using a VPN, please turn it off.
• Unplug your streaming device and router, then plug them back in after a few minutes.
• Clear the app’s cache and data.
