    The app load time is very long for me. It takes over a minute to boot at logo screen.

      Hi there!
      Thanks for letting us know — we understand how frustrating long load times can be, especially when it’s taking over a minute just to get past the logo screen.
      With the recent move to Moa Enterprise, some users may experience slower startup times while the app initializes new components and connections. That said, a load time of over a minute is definitely longer than expected, and we’d like to help you improve that.

      Things you can try:
      Restart your device (Firestick or Android box) to clear temporary memory
      Force stop the app + clear cache (Settings > Apps > MoaTV > Clear Cache)
      Make sure you're on the latest version of the app
      Check your internet connection stability (slow DNS/VPN routes can delay startup)
      If using a VPN, try a different server/location or temporarily disable it to test performance
      Ensure your device has enough free storage (low storage can slow app launch)

      Additional Notes:
      First launch after an update is usually slower, but it should improve on the next runs
      Older or lower-spec devices may experience longer load times with the new version.

      If the issue continues after trying these steps, feel free to reach out with your device model and setup (VPN, internet type, etc.), and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

              Same issue here. I asked about it in the chat on the website and didn't get a response. They are usually pretty responsive on chat.
