We hear you—and we understand the frustration.
A lot has changed since the earlier “Catchon” days, including major updates to the app, new features, and increased user demand. While these improvements aim to bring more content and flexibility, they can sometimes impact stability if not perfectly optimized.
That said, constant buffering, crashes, and slow loading are definitely not the experience we want for our users. Our team is actively working on improving performance, especially for live and PPV channels.
In the meantime, we recommend making sure you’re on the latest app version, restarting the app/device, and checking your internet connection, as these can help reduce some of the issues.
We truly appreciate long-time users like you, and your feedback helps us continue improving.

@Nyle3019 I have the latest version. I have gig speed internet. I force quit, clear cache and restart all the time. It’s your end. We didn’t pay for crap service.
