If you’re having to rely on PPV & SPT EVENT just to watch Major League Baseball games, that usually means the main sports/live channels or category feeds aren’t loading or indexing properly on your app right now.

What’s likely happening:
The Live Sports / MLB category feed isn’t refreshing correctly
App instability (especially recent versions) is affecting channel loading
Some events are only temporarily visible under PPV/SPT EVENT fallback channels.

What we’re doing:
We’ll report this as a priority issue so MLB events are properly restored to their correct sections and not just PPV.

We really appreciate your patience—this isn’t the intended experience, and we’re pushing for a fix ASAP.

If you notice specific games missing from the main section, feel free to report them so we can escalate faster.

Understood and the main purpose is to let you know. Where are we to report missing games, streams from certain areas? I did that through chat two nights ago and was told that the specific stream from a different area (i.e. one away teams stream vs the home teams stream) would be added, but it never was that night or the next day.

Home/away team regional feeds, such as the ones you mentioned, are available under the existing PPV & SPT Event structure, but have not yet been reflected in the USA Major Leagues section. The request to add that regional feed has already been forwarded, but it is taking some time to be implemented. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay after the earlier guidance.

@adm-cooper I forgot to mention that I was in the PPV & SPT EVENT section when this was happening. In fact I just checked and there’s two games on right now and only one of the two team feeds in two different games worked, the other team feed didn’t work in both games.

From what I have confirmed, I believe you are referring to these two games:

Minnesota Twins vs. Kansas City Royals
Cleveland Guardians vs. Los Angeles Dodgers

Also, the game that is currently not playing appears to be the Cleveland Guardians game.

In this case, if you report it through the Live Chat site, their team should be able to take action and assist you.

How long will it usually take to have the team feed added when contacting live chat if it’s not live?
I’ve been on this IPTV for quite awhile and the team I follow usually has their feeds available to watch.

In most cases, when a team feed is not yet live, it can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 30–60 minutes for our content team to locate and add the stream after it has been reported via live chat.

During high-demand events, this process may take a bit longer due to increased requests. If the feed is not added, it may be due to source availability or technical limitations.

We appreciate your patience, and our team is actively working to make the feed available as soon as possible.

If a live game is currently available on a MyLive Sports channel, it typically won’t be automatically added to the PPV section or the MLB plugin. Each section pulls from different sources and is organized separately on the backend.

However, if a specific event (like an MLB game) is only showing under MyLive and not in the MLB plugin or PPV where you’d expect it, feel free to report it to us. We can forward it to the team to review and see if it can be properly categorized.

Moa Team Fyi. There have been a couple of times in the NBA section you have a game listed on air but u only see the Sling poster saying Program is coming stay tuned. I know I can go to the ppv spt section and get the game because u have multiple feeds. Why have this section at all if some of the games are not there. Might as well go to nba section under ppv and spt . Right now NY Knicks vs Atlanta is not showing
