Movie or series tabs not working

Live tv and other things like webcast are working but the movie and series tab are just infinitely loading. Also the search is just loading

Yeah its pretty nonsense ive never had to use a vpn before with this service and now im expected to pay them for the service on top of also purchasing a vpn as that seems to be the only way itll load anything for me.
