As for an update on this, it seemed to be happening when I was watching TSN on ver 1.6 the picture would often freeze and then on 2.11 it would kick you out of the App after a while of watching. Once I switched to the ABC feed the app has been stable and it has worked for over 5 hrs straight. It must have something to do with how the Canadian feeds are streaming vs the US feeds for them servers.

In the Interim, try clearing the cache of all the apps and restart the Firestick and see if that solves the issue. Long-term, revert to CatchOnTV 1.6.2 until optimization on Firesticks is complete.

@Hawk I had done that, but then the App would just give me the red circle of death if I changed channels and then tried to go back to the original channel. So I uninstalled and installed 2.11

Good question - I see no way to "DM" (direct message) anyone here.

It seems that option is not available at the moment like it was earlier (chat in the person’s profile).

@NT there are a total of 5 TSN channels. Can you please clarify which one you were watching?

All sorts of app crash/kickout issues have been resolved with version 2.0.11. As a solution, you can try reinstalling the app version 2.0.11.

              1. First, uninstall the MoaTV app from your device settings>installed applications.
              2. Open the Downloader app, remove all downloaded files (previously downloaded)
              3. Install version 2.0.11 by using URL / short code

Then check the same channels again, and let us know your feedback.

@Arthur The crashing of the App was on TSN 1, it was a fresh install of 2.0.11 after I had uninstalled 1.0.6, are you asking me to do it again?

Yes, try a fresh reinstall once more, then check the TSN 1 channel again, and let us know

I recently uninstalled the 1.6.2 version of the Fire Stick 4K app (which was functioning correctly) and installed the 2.0.11 version. At the moment, it appears to be working well. The initial loading time to the Home Screen was slower on the Fire Stick 4K compared to my Fire TV Cube, but as far as the limited performance I’ve observed, it seems stable. If there’s any buffering, I’ll report it.
