    Dear users,
    We are glad to announce that we have resolved the VPN conflict with our internal security system. Now the Moa TV apps work with any kind of VPN protocols.

        @dceppa Please try clearing the Data File of your VPN from device settings, and it's recommended to use the Chicago or Washington DC server.

          @scottTiger great. Now how about fixing all ppv from either being down or buffering. Also fix the app from kicking us out. And possibly stop the app from kicking us out. Also, maybe stop telling us to force quit, clear cache then launch. And restart our Firestick. And uninstall and reinstall. I have this weird idea, fix this app. The old one was fine.

            The issues you are describing was resolved with version 2.0.11 for the TV app. Could you check the version of your app, if it's 2.0.11 please send us you DSN on the support or DM me.
            Also if you are a VPN user, please clear data,cache and start fresh.

                The next excuse is while thousands of other users are using it without any issue, you really should check your end of what kind of setup you have or if it's even compatible to stream with such device.

                Device Brand:
                Device Model:
                Public IP:
                DSN from Moa App:
                Summary of the issue:

                Forward these on my DM or the Chat Support.
                Since it's not a troubleshooting ticket, I am closing the post to avoid such comments made out of blind belief.
