Re: About the new app features
The new app, click to open it, move left go up to live tv click that it opens the last show that was watched. Click on that move left scroll up to favorites click that now sort through all the icons because favorites are now icons instead of text links.
Now the old version open the app. And on the left are your history and favorites. Done. And your telling me the new app is easy to navigate really?
Im not trying to be critical just would like to see it easy. I still forget and hit the back button like we had to do in the old version and have to start all over.
Thanks for listening. -

Thanks for listening. Thanks for taking the time to lay this out—we hear you.
You’re absolutely right that the navigation flow in the new app takes more steps compared to the previous version, especially when trying to quickly access Favorites or History. What used to be a one-step process is now a bit more layered, and that can feel frustrating—especially when you’re used to the old layout.
The shift to icon-based Favorites and the added navigation steps were part of a redesign aimed at improving overall organization, but we understand that it can come at the cost of speed and simplicity. Your feedback about having to go through Live TV, reopening the last channel, and then navigating back to Favorites is very valid.
We’re also aware of the “back button habit” from the old version—many users have mentioned the same thing, and it’s something the team is actively considering as we continue improving the interface.
Your input really helps highlight where the experience can be smoother, especially for long-time users. We’ll make sure this is passed along to the development team for consideration in future updates.
In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and you sticking with us while we continue refining the app.
