Live channel listings have disappeared yesterday when I was actually looking at them

Android / iOS / Smart TV / Firestick / Web Player / Other firestick 4k plus ultra

App Version: 2.0.12 customer

Issue Description:
Explain the problem clearly. No Live channel guide listings for what is on

Steps Already Tried:
List troubleshooting steps you already attempted.
I have tried restarting my router, then I restarted my firestick & then I deleted data from my vpn & still no information for what is playing on the live channels. Are you aware of this & when do you think mit might be fixed because I have tried everything using your troubleshooting guide for this very problem. I thank you, Please help & reply.

@icefrak1 Do you use a VPN? If yes, then turn OFF blocking feature of your VPN from the VPN Settings.
Our service works fine with and without VPN.

I disabled the blocking feature on my Nord VPN & my live channel listing is back & it appears to be working just fine now.
