    After watching a show or movie then going to another it will not play until I back out of app and clear cache and force stop and start to make show or movie play. Any idea on how to correct this

          @sunshinega78 It looks like your device isn't able to process the new version of the App properly.
          We are not denying it, yes, a very few customers are facing this issue of taking a little longer, 45-50 seconds, for playing the next content.
          If you are facing this problem consistently every day. You can get back to the old version app CatchON TV, which will work perfectly for your device.

            I have the same issue on my firecube and nvidia shield. I don't know why but on the more cpu powerful devices the new app has this issue. I had to revert back to my firestick and onn 4k Google tv.

                    Same problem here. First episode plays fine and won’t play next episode at all until you quit the app and restart. Pretty lame. Can we fix some of these problems?
