I am starting to regret this switch from Apollo. I used to love this app and told everyone about it. This move to change the whole app was the biggest mistake. The bs about changing because of scammers was the biggest mistake. You are about to lose more users with this unreliable and unstable new version!

@Rick I’ve been doing that all day. The people on the chat are of no help and sound like robots saying the same thing over and over and not reading what I write. One guy hector talks down to people like we are idiots

@Rick I mentioned in my post that I’ve reinstalled app already and still same issue.

I have been on the chat all day and keep getting the run around. I’m having issues that the update is suppose to fix. The issue is the update isn’t taking. I click update and it closes the app and I open it back up and asking again for update. I’ve had to install a vpn, switch multiple locations, clear settings and caches, even delete and reinstall app per support. None of these have resolved the issue. This is happening on 3 TVs and refuse to update the new look at fee on my other TVs because I loose my favorites and saved shows. This is very frustrating

The update isn’t working for me. It just keeps asking to update the app crashes. Support is horrible and wasted my time for an hour with vpn then reload app. Nothing worked.
