Yes. I understand. But what’s the point of favorites if you can’t channel surf without going back into the guide view?
No comment on editing the favorites? Anytime you add a channel it goes to the bottom of the list. Would be nice to reorder.
I’ll just use the app how it is and not comment I guess. Hope for improvements soon though. It’s not very intuitive.

Would be great if we could edit the order of the favorites menu? Also, while in the favorites menu, if your on a channel and want to channel surf by just using the up and down arrow, could we have it stay in the favorites category? Right now, say your in your favorites and on CNN channel and you hit up arrow, it will go to the next channel in news category, not the next channel in your favorites.

Yeah, I’m glad I didn’t set up a bunch of friends like I thought of doing just for that reason. They had a good thing going and probably thought they could improve it with a more customizable app, but this is a flop in my opinion. The change to only crypto for payment also sucks.
I have better options already going.

I loved using CatchOn for nearly 3 years, but I’ve come to the end of my subscription and will not be renewing. The new app has way too many issues on my Google devices. The 1/4 sized window every time I choose from the guide that adds several steps just to change channels is the main problem. But also just the clunky sluggish UI is not good. I’ll check back in a year for a free trial if you are offering one and see if it gets any better, but I’m not going to pay for your beta test.

Yeah, The appeal of Catch On was that it was easy to understand in a clear layout. Why mess with something that works? I have 2 weeks left on my yearly, been subscribed for about 2 1/2 years. The new app really feels like any other IPTV service on a decent app like Tivimate. I’ll decide in a few weeks, But the buffering on every live channel right now is telling me to maybe look elsewhere.

Mine only does it from the center button guide with the categories on the top. The other guide you have to select the channel twice, but goes full screen right away. The guide with categories on the left is slow and clunky.

This is on a Google tv device. You then need to select left out right to go full screen. Pretty annoying. Can we get it to go directly to full screen?

The app load time is very long for me. It takes over a minute to boot at logo screen.

How do you access adult content on the new app?
