    2. Server Routing & Load Balancing
      While it may seem like both apps connect to the same servers, newer versions can use updated routing, CDN paths, or streaming protocols. This can sometimes result in different performance depending on location, ISP, or network conditions.

    3. Device Resource Usage
      The MOA app includes enhanced UI and backend processes which may use more system resources. On some devices, especially Firestick environments, this can occasionally lead to buffering if the system cache or background processes are not optimized.

    4. Ongoing Optimization
      Our development team is actively working on improving performance and stability in the MOA app. Updates are being rolled out progressively to address issues like buffering and playback consistency.

    If you’re having to rely on PPV & SPT EVENT just to watch Major League Baseball games, that usually means the main sports/live channels or category feeds aren’t loading or indexing properly on your app right now.

    What’s likely happening:
    The Live Sports / MLB category feed isn’t refreshing correctly
    App instability (especially recent versions) is affecting channel loading
    Some events are only temporarily visible under PPV/SPT EVENT fallback channels.

    What we’re doing:
    We’ll report this as a priority issue so MLB events are properly restored to their correct sections and not just PPV.

    We really appreciate your patience—this isn’t the intended experience, and we’re pushing for a fix ASAP.

    If you notice specific games missing from the main section, feel free to report them so we can escalate faster.

    The issues you’re describing (favorites not working, crashes in MyLive, and search problems) are not expected behavior in version 2.0.11. These are typically related to residual data conflicts from previous versions or incomplete update transitions.

    We recommend trying the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Uninstall MoaTV completely from your device

    2. Restart your device (important to clear cached processes)

    3. Reinstall the latest version (2.0.11) using the official code

    4. Before opening the app, go to settings and ensure the app has full storage permissions

    5. Avoid restoring old app data or backups from CatchOn versions

    Regarding older MoaTV versions prior to 2.0.9:
    We do not provide or support legacy builds, as they may no longer be compatible with current servers and can cause partial functionality issues (like VOD not working).

    CatchOn 1.6.2 working partially (Live OK, VOD not working) is expected since older systems are no longer fully supported.

    If the issue persists after a clean reinstall, please send us:
    ✓ Your device model (e.g., Firestick, Android box, etc.)
    ✓ A short screen recording of the issue

    We understand the frustration, and we’re not dismissing the issues being raised. At the same time, we want to keep things constructive and accurate.

    Firestick is indeed a widely used device, but it’s not the only platform we support. The current version of MoaTV was built to improve long-term stability and scalability across multiple device types. That does mean some environments — especially lower-spec devices — may require further optimization, particularly for VOD (movies/series).

    Regarding updates, development has not slowed or stopped. Some improvements simply take longer to roll out because they require proper testing to avoid introducing additional issues. Rushed updates tend to create more problems than they solve.

    We’re actively working on performance improvements, and feedback like yours is being taken into account. That said, we ask everyone to keep discussions respectful and based on actual experience rather than assumptions.

    At the moment, recommendations are still evolving, and many users are also requesting additional personalization features such as: • Watchlists
    • “Continue Watching” improvements
    • Favorite categories
    • Better AI-based recommendations
    • Viewing history sync across devices
