@Barnfather We are aware of this issue, but not all customers are facing it, and it happens randomly (various customers and various devices). Our team is trying to figure out the root cause, but there is no ETA on how long until a permanent fix.
Solution:
Whenever this happens, reboot the app properly (clear cache file and force stop) and then check back again, it will work.
You can revert to the old version of the CatchON TV app, but there will be some new features missing that are available only in the latest version MoaTV app.
