    I'm really sorry. We recently started pulling channel information and listings through the new API, and it looks like there may have been a bug in the process. I've already reported it, and we'll review it again.

    @CaboGuy This new system is built around a plugin concept, so we’ll keep adding new programs over time. We also have external content teams joining in. Right now we’re still setting up the foundation, but you’ll start seeing more features being added one by one soon.

    Version 2.0.11 is about mainly an app update, we don't have app update yet. But on the backend side we’re continuously pushing updates and fixing bugs as we go.

    @CaboGuy Thanks for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

    The recent update was made to introduce several important improvements. We’ve added enhanced security features and expanded integration through new plugin capabilities, which will allow us to offer more features and flexibility moving forward.

    The main reason for the slowness was the new watchdog system for real-time updates, which initially made the app feel heavier.
    We’ve already released an update to improve performance, so it should be faster now than before.

    The main reason for this update is that the previous system had clear limitations in terms of scalability, so we had to redesign and upgrade the system as a whole.

    If these issues continue, we’re also considering releasing a much simpler version focused only on live channels. For now, though, we’d like to monitor the situation a bit more before making that decision.

    We’re aware that there are still some bugs being discovered, and our development team is actively working on fixing them as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we continue to improve the app.

    @Jack-Thripper This is my team's reply, Please advise it. "During this update, the system was configured to include the unused (expired) period in the billing calculation. From a customer’s perspective, we understand that being charged for a period when the service was not in use may feel unreasonable. This was an oversight on our part.

    To address this, we will proceed as follows:

    For this case, we will add an additional 14 days to ensure the subscription reflects the expected full 24-month period.
    We will update the program so that, for expired subscriptions, the renewal period will be calculated starting from the date of renewal, rather than including the inactive period.

    Thank you for your understanding, and we will continue improving the system to provide a better experience. "

    @CaboGuy I know the previous version was lighter and very stable. But when we first launched CatchOn, it also took us about 3 months of debugging to really stabilize everything.

    This time, we’re working hard to resolve issues much faster. That said, there are a lot more backend systems connected now, so things can feel a bit heavier — hope you can understand that part.

    We’re continuously reporting issues to the dev team and fixing them as we go, so we really appreciate your patience if you run into any problems.

    @Jack-Thripper, I think this happened because the system calculates credits based on 1 credit = 30 days.

    When setting longer-term durations, it should ideally adjust using a yearly basis. But since it’s simply calculating each month as 30 days, months with 31 days end up losing a day. Over a year, that usually adds up to about 5 days.

    That said, a difference of 14 days seems a bit too large, so there might be something else going on.

    Could you send me your code via DM? I’ll have our dev team take a closer look.
