Would love to see the device codes turn into more of an account-based platform. Kinda like Youtube TV doesn't care what devices are watching, just have a max of 3 streams or something. This could help out in a lot of ways like reaching more platforms. For example you could then allow login to a site like tv.channelmoa.com and that would allow iphones to watch tv. Just a thought...

One of the best new features is it Windows App. I love being able to watch tv while I'm at work now. Just have seen it request to update lately so I'm not sure if it updates automatically or we need to download a new version every so often. Can someone clarify on this?

@nyle3019 We all love the platform and just want to make it succeed. I think this community platform was a great idea.

I agree unfortunately the older generation doesn't use a smart phone or even know what a bit coin is. It was so much easier to help them when we could just enter their card number and the payment was processed. Now I have to get them to give me cash then go put it in the bank then convert it to bitcoin and wait for it to be confirmed. This is a great TV service so I try not to complain just wanted to make it known its a lot of work on the customer end now. We try to take care of our older community because they are living paycheck to paycheck so this tv service really helps out. May want to invest in an automated billing system, that would benefit both your team and the customers.

Before with the favorites on the home screen it was easy for them as soon as the app launched to select the channel they wanted to watch. Now they can remember to go to the menu and select my live and then hit the select button again to find another menu to search for the channel they want to watch. Also marking channels as favorites is a bit confusing for the older generation so having the watched history on the home screen helped.

It is too confusing for the older generation to use the new UI, I have spent hours trying to show them but its just a nightmare to explain. The old UI just worked a lot better for the older people. I personally like it in some ways but the live tv option is the issue.

I have a 2 gig up and down connection that I could run a server on if you needed. Not sure if that would help or not with taking the load off.

Please bring whose line is it anyway to the 24 hour channels.
