How to Add a Favourite Channel
Go to MY LIVE
Play your desired channel
Press the RIGHT Navigation button
Press OK/Select
A 🧡 heart icon will appear next to the channel name

How to Access Favourite Channels

After opening MY LIVE, wait 5–10 seconds:
 Press OK/Select → Channel list appears
Press LEFT Navigation → Go to categories
Scroll left to Favourites
Scroll down and press OK/Select twice to play
Note: Favourite channels will NOT appear on the home page.
You can find them inside Channel Categories

From the Home Page, click on the MY Live icon beside the Search bar.
You will find all LIVE channels there.

How to Locate Categories
After opening MY LIVE, wait 5–10 seconds until a channel starts playing, then:

Press the OK/Select button on your remote to open the channel list.
Press the LEFT Navigation button.
The cursor will move to the Category list, along with:
Favourite channels
Recently played (History)

The new app interface is different from the old version. The app has changed many features, so some users are having a hard time navigating it.

The new app is actually very easy to navigate once you understand how it works, and many amazing features have been added. Overall, this new version is awesome.
