What you’re hearing is likely an audio description (voice guide/narrator) track that’s being picked up by default on some channels. This feature is meant for accessibility, but it can sometimes be automatically selected depending on the stream or recent app changes.
Try this quick fix:
While the video is playing, open the player controls
Go to Audio / Language settings
Switch to another audio track (usually labeled “English” without description)
If the issue keeps happening, it may be related to the current app version or stream source, and we’ll make sure to pass this along to the team to prevent it from defaulting incorrectly.
