There is no issue with the service at the moment.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you are experiencing buffering issues, please follow these basic troubleshooting steps:</p>
<ol>
<li>If you are using a VPN, please turn it off.</li>
<li>Unplug your TV/Android Box and router from the power source.</li>
<li>Wait for a few minutes, then plug them back in and try again.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">These steps should help resolve the issue.</p>

We are currently experiencing intermittent buffering on some streams, especially for Movies and Live TV, and our technical team is actively working to improve stability.</p>
