Thank you for sharing this—we really appreciate you taking the time to explain the situation so clearly.

You’re absolutely right—while crypto payments work for some users, they can be a major hurdle for others, especially older customers who may not be familiar with smartphones, digital wallets, or Bitcoin at all. What used to be a simple card payment has now become a multi-step process, and we understand how that adds extra effort on your end.

We also want to recognize the effort you’re putting in to help your community. Going out of your way to assist others—especially those on fixed incomes—is not something we take lightly, and it really highlights how important ease of access is for this service.

In the meantime, we truly appreciate your patience and the support you’re providing to others while working through these added steps.

It was so much easier to help them when we could just enter their card number and the payment was processed. Now I have to get them to give me cash then go put it in the bank then convert it to bitcoin and wait for it to be confirmed. This is a great TV service so I try not to complain just wanted to make it known its a lot of work on the customer end now. We try to take care of our older community because they are living paycheck to paycheck so this tv service really helps out. May want to invest in an automated billing system, that would benefit both your team and the customers.

Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, at the moment, Bitcoin (and sometimes other cryptocurrencies) is the primary or only payment method offered for this service. While it may feel unfamiliar at first, many users do use it once they get set up.

That said, it’s completely understandable to be cautious if you’ve never used Bitcoin before. It works differently from traditional payment methods (like credit cards or PayPal), and transactions are typically non-refundable, so it’s important to be confident before proceeding.

If you’re considering it, here are a few quick tips:

Only follow payment instructions provided directly by the official support team

Double-check wallet addresses before sending anything

Start with a smaller amount if possible, just to get comfortable with the process

If you’re not comfortable using Bitcoin, you might want to ask support if any alternative payment options are available now or planned in the future.

Let us know if you’d like a simple step-by-step on how Bitcoin payments work. we’re happy to help.
