<ol>
<li>Properly reboot the app (clear the cache file of the MoatV app &amp; force stop it + restart device)</li>
<li>Try using a different internet connection (different Wi-Fi or Mobile Internet)</li>
<li>Restart the Wi-Fi router.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">If these steps do not fix it, then you will have to use a VPN with a Chicago, Washington DC, or Los Angeles server.<br />
Note: ExpressVPN will not work with latest app version.</p>
