Hi there!
Thank you for sharing your experience — we really appreciate the update.
We’re glad to hear that reinstalling the VPN apps and adjusting your VPN locations helped reduce the buffering issues across your devices. That’s a great step, and it often makes a big difference, especially after transitioning to MoaTV.

Different VPN servers can affect streaming quality due to routing, congestion, and speed, so using optimized or recommended locations is definitely the way to go.
If things continue to improve, that’s a good sign your setup is now aligned properly.

If you need help with recommended VPN locations or further optimization,
feel free to reach out anytime — we’re here to help!

The last couple of days have been better since someone recommended using certain VPN locations instead of what I normally use.

Hi there,
We completely understand where you’re coming from—VPNs can be frustrating, especially when they slow things down or add extra cost.

At the moment, VPN requirements can depend on your region and certain network restrictions from ISPs. In some cases, these limitations are outside of our direct control, which is why a VPN may still be needed for stable access.

That said, our team is continuously working on improving connectivity and reducing the need for VPN usage wherever possible. The goal is definitely to get things as close as possible to the “good old days” with smoother, direct access.

In the meantime, if you’re experiencing issues without a VPN, we recommend: • Restarting the app and your device
• Trying a different internet connection (Wi-Fi vs mobile data)
• Clearing app cache or reinstalling the app

We truly appreciate your patience and feedback—it helps us improve the service.

If you need help optimizing your setup, feel free to reach out anytime.
