If u want to go back to older version you need to uninstall app, restart stick, go to Downloader and put in shortcode 8167457. I just did this for a client of mine

Have been with them for years. My two tv updated themselves and are basically unusable. They chat is always responsive they won't answer for a couple hours now. My one tv still has the old catchon app and everything is working fine. I can't download the old version of the app on downloader.
