<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Four Dots on aborted episode (Below Deck)]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">This is a problem I've had a few times now i on different shows - essentially I'll be watching something and then for some reason I quit that show mid episode but when I go back and resume the original episode,  all I get is four dots and it seems that it 'never' returns... It's always just giving four dots and cannot be played.  I've now tried it on a different fire stick on a different network and I still only get the four dots.  The show in question is <strong>below deck</strong> (the latest season) episode three episode. So three things :</p>

<p dir="auto">Can this glitch be fixed server side please (pretty please)?</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Is something innocuous in the UI causing a server side sync issue or file corruption? That doesn't seem plausible but its does seem to have knocked out for other instances on different fire sticks?</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">If there is something client side or account related that fixes this, it would be good to know for next time (until a fix arrives)</p>

Our team is trying to figure out the root cause, but there is no ETA on how long until a permanent fix.</p>
<p dir="auto">Solution:</p>
<ol>
<li>Whenever this happens, reboot the app properly (clear cache file and force stop) and then check back again, it will work.</li>
<li>You can revert to the old version of the CatchON TV app, but there will be some new features missing that are available only in the latest version MoaTV app.</li>
