I used 3 similar svc's before finding Channel Moa (it was a different name then) & this is by far the very best svc available today. Not only is their svc "uptime" exceptional but their customer svc is exceptional as well. Whenever we, as a consumer, purchase something "brand new" that we've never tried before or, tried and had a less than satisfactory experience we have a tendency to start judging things right away before we even know how things work or understand how things work right away. I can say this with absolute certainty because I too was this way, at first. I've been with Channel Moa for over 26 months now & I've learned that this svc isn't in it to make a "fast buck" on all of this and then split. No way, this svc is here to stay & all it takes is a little time and personal experience with it like everything else in life that is worth doing or having. It's a great svc, hands down & their "vision, they're looking ahead to the future assures me that they will be with us for a very long time, out performing & outlasting all others. So the next time something is a little "bufferin" or not quite right, give them a chat, they'll respond right away & always have a fix, no matter how confused we can get at times ( due to lack of understanding) they will always, with patience & grace walk us through it and get everything up & working once again. All I'm saying is, have a little patience & a little "Faith" in something, I know it can be hard especially the world we are living in now where it can seem like everything is upside down or we are in an episode of the "Twilight Zone" where it seems like everyone has an angle to separate us from our money for something less than, this svc is not that. It will save you a ton of money & deliver to you, the very best this type of svc has to offer now & in the future! So everyone, Enjoy & be happy that you are here because this is the place to be! You all have an excellent day & always be safe, Smile, its a great day to be alive!

I’ve been with them a very long time. I agree that they are the best I’ve used. As paying customers, we have every right to complain. If we are being really honesty. They can get shut down at any time for even operating.

Comments like yours mean a lot to our entire team because they remind us why we started this journey in the first place.

Over the years, we've learned that no service is perfect, and there will always be challenges as technology evolves. What matters most to us is how we respond when those challenges arise. Our goal has always been to listen, improve, and support our customers as quickly as possible.

We're especially grateful for members like you who have been with us for such a long time and have seen our growth firsthand. Your patience, feedback, and continued support have helped shape Channel MoA into what it is today.

One thing that makes our community a little different is our commitment to transparency.

Many services in this industry do not operate public forums like this. The reality is that when everything is working perfectly, most people don't feel the need to post. Forums often become places where users report problems, ask questions, or share complaints. For many providers, it's easier to keep those conversations private and out of public view.

We chose a different path.

We believe that being open about challenges is part of building trust. More importantly, we want to demonstrate not only our willingness to address issues, but also our ability to solve them. No service is perfect, but we believe customers deserve to see how problems are handled, how feedback is received, and how improvements are made over time.

We're not interested in shortcuts or quick success. We're building for the long term, and we're constantly investing in new technology, new features, and better experiences for our community.

Most importantly, we're proud of the community we've built together. It's not just about the service—it's about the people who make this place special.

On behalf of the entire Channel MoA team, thank you for your trust, your support, and for being part of our journey.

Channel MoA isn't just a service. It's a community, and we're glad you're part of it.

Stay safe, enjoy the shows, and we'll keep working hard to earn your trust every day.
