Try going through the process on MoaTV’s main website on what to do about buffering:

Personally, I clear the MoaTV app’s cache and restart my device every time.

Interesting. I did the same thing with both CatchOnTV 1.6.2 and MoaTV 2.0.11 and they both worked fine on all categories. The only thing from 2.0.11 was a slow startup time of around 40-45 seconds.

How are you exiting out of the MoaTV to go to a different app causing the MoaTV to freeze? Is it:
A. Hitting the back button twice on the remote to
go back to the FireTV OS Home Screen?
B. Hitting the Home button on the remote to go
back to the FireTV OS Home Screen?

When using MoaTV app, does it seem sluggish or have any other issues while watching or navigating within the app?

You said that after exiting the MoaTV app and watching a different app, the MoaTV app freezes most of the time. Your report is unclear.
That all looks good. Did you upgrade from 1.6.x to 2.0.9 or 2.0.11? It might be a good idea to uninstall the current MoaTV app, restart the FS, turn off the VPN when downloading 2.0.11 using downloader, install 2.0.11 and try the MoaTV app again. Report back your findings if you’d like.

I’m wondering if there’s a lot of total apps taking up a lot of space and processing power if this is a big part of the buffering issue. I’m not sure if it’s recommended for the FS to be updated to the latest firmware update or not.
